Cancellation & Refund Policy
Clear, fair terms so you always know where you stand.
No payment upfront
We don’t charge for your session when you book. To confirm an appointment, you securely authorize a payment method through our payment partner, Razorpay. This lets us apply a no-show fee only if it becomes due — nothing is debited at the time of booking.
Free cancellation & rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge as long as you do so at least 24 hours before your session start time. No fee applies.
No-show & late-cancellation fee
If you miss your session without cancelling, or cancel less than 24 hours before it starts, a no-show fee of ₹500 is charged to the payment method you authorized. This is the only amount we can charge against that authorization.
Refunds
Because no payment is collected in advance, there is normally nothing to refund. If a no-show fee is charged in error, contact us and we’ll review and refund it to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
